How do I place an order?

The best way to place an order is to send us an email to ideasmadeshop@gmail.com

Please include as much detail as possible about your order including: Quantity, Color, Design, Reference Images, specific Deadlines or Event Dates that you would like the items by and any other info that you have.

The more you details you give us, the better & faster we can help! 

 

Is there a minimum quantity?

For most products there is but if you have any questions about an order, please reach out to us! Most products require minimum quantities so that we can save you set-up and shipping fees. 

 

What is your Turnaround Time? 

Normal turnaround time for most items is around 7-10 business days (not including weekends or holidays) but we always try our best to get things out sooner and accommodate most deadlines. 

We’ll communicate any changes or delays in turnaround times from the beginning to make sure we’re on the same page! 

 

How much time in advanced should I place my order?

Ideally around 3-4 Weeks! The more the better, especially if you need your items for an event or deadline. Please give us as much notice as possible! While our usual Turnaround Time is around 7-10 Business Days (SEE Turnaround Time), by contacting us with plenty of time in advanced we can prepare for any roadblocks that may popup (Shipping Delays, Out of Stock products, Delays with Design Files, etc.) 

 

What kind of art files do you accept?

We prefer high quality PDF, SVG, EPS or Illustrator files, preferably in vector form. Please be sure to include any fonts that you would like to use in your design. This saves us lots of time and avoids us charging you a design fee! 

The better your files are, the better & quicker your prints will turn out! 

Chances are, if you already paid for the design work or have an in house graphic designer, somebody somewhere has access to the right files you need for print! If not, don’t worry…we can help! 

 

How do I send you artwork / design files?

Do you charge for design?

All minimum orders include basic design work at no extra charge! If you have a complicated design or your order requires more graphic design work, we’ll have to charge a design fee based on the amount of work needed. Don’t worry, we’ll discuss this with you before you place your order! 

 

Do you offer samples?

Samples can be expensive but If you’re willing to pay for the costs, we’ll do it if possible!  Because some items require complicated & costly setups, we cannot do real physical samples.

 

What is your Return Policy?

Because our products are custom printed with your design, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we will try our best to make it right. 

Communication is key and it’s best to address any questions or concerns before we print!
